หัวข้อ “WATER OF LIFE สายน้ำแห่งชีวิต”

แนวคิด

น้ำก่อเกิดชีวิตและเป็นหัวใจของระบนิเวศทุกแห่งบนโลก ตั้งแต่สายน้ำเล็กๆ ที่หล่อเลี้ยงผืนป่า แม่น้ำที่โอบอุ้มชุมชนริมฝั่ง ไปจนถึงทะเลและมหาสมุทร ซึ่งสร้างสายสัมพันธ์และวัฒนธรรมอันมีเอกลักษณ์ในแต่ละพื้นที่

 “Water of Life สายน้ำแห่งชีวิต” เชิญชวนให้คุณถ่ายทอดพลัง ความงาม และความหมายของสายน้ำในมุมมองที่คุณสัมผัส ไม่ว่าจะเป็นชีวิตที่เชื่อมโยงกับสายน้ำ ไปจนถึงความเปลี่ยนแปลง และผลกระทบที่เกิดจากมนุษย์ คุณสามารถตีความโจทย์นี้ได้อย่างอิสระ

การส่งผลงาน

1. ส่งผลงานผ่านเว็บไซต์ คลิกที่นี่
2. ผู้ส่งผลงานเข้าประกวดต้องส่งภาพถ่ายที่สามารถร้อยเรียงกัน 10 ภาพ เป็นสารคดีภาพ 1 เรื่อง พร้อมแนวคิดสารคดีความยาวไม่เกิน 1,000 ตัวอักษร ที่สะท้อนมุมมองและแง่คิดใหม่ๆ
3. ภาพถ่ายทั้ง 10 ภาพ ต้องมีคำบรรยายภาพแต่ละภาพ (ความยาวไม่เกิน 300 ตัวอักษร)

หลักเกณฑ์การตัดสิน

1. ความงามและองค์ประกอบทางศิลปะของภาพถ่าย
2. ความคิดริเริ่มสร้างสรรค์ และมุมมองใหม่ในการนำเสนอสารคดีภาพ
3. ภาพถ่ายทุกภาพควรมีคุณสมบัติของ “ภาพถ่ายสารคดี” ที่ร้อยเรียงและเล่าเป็นสารคดี 1 เรื่องได้

เงื่อนไขการประกวด

• ผู้มีสิทธิ์ส่งผลงาน : บุคคลทั่วไป ช่างภาพอิสระ หรือช่างภาพอาชีพ ไม่จำกัดอายุ (เดี่ยวหรือทีมก็ได้ หากส่งในนามทีมต้องไม่เกิน 3 คน/ ทีม)  และ 1 รายชื่อมีสิทธิ์ส่งสารคดีภาพได้เพียง 1 เรื่องเท่านั้น
• ภาพถ่ายสารคดีชุดนี้ต้องไม่เคยเผยแพร่ในที่สาธารณะ อาทิ เว็บไซต์, วารสาร, นิตยสาร, หนังสือ หรือได้รับการตีพิมพ์ รวมทั้งต้องไม่เคยส่งเข้าประกวดที่ใดมาก่อน (หากตรวจพบภายหลัง ผลงานดังกล่าวจะถูกตัดสิทธิ์ในการประกวดทันที)
• ภาพถ่ายที่เคยเผยแพร่ในโซเชียลมีเดีย เช่น Facebook หรือ Instagram จะต้องเป็นบัญชีส่วนตัวของเจ้าของผลงานเท่านั้น โดยไม่ได้เผยแพร่เป็นชุดครบทุกภาพ และไม่เคยเผยแพร่ในรูปแบบการเล่าเรื่องด้วยแนวคิดสารคดีมาก่อน
• ภาพถ่ายที่มีการปรับแต่งภาพ (Retouch) มากเกินไปจนบิดเบือนจากความเป็นจริง  จะไม่ได้รับการพิจารณา
• ผู้ส่งผลงานเข้าประกวดต้องเป็นผู้ถ่ายภาพ และเขียนแนวคิดสารคดีด้วยตนเอง ไม่ได้เป็นภาพที่สร้างขึ้นโดยระบบปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI – Articial Intellegence) รวมถึงเป็นเจ้าของลิขสิทธิ์ภาพถ่ายทุกภาพ และต้องไม่เป็นการละเมิดในทางลิขสิทธิ์ใดๆ
• การส่งผลงาน ส่งผลงานทางออนไลน์ สามารถส่งไฟล์แบบ Low resolation ขนาดไฟล์ไม่เกิน 10 MB. ต่อ 1 ภาพ หากผลงานได้รับการเลือกให้เข้ารอบ 10 ผลงานสุดท้าย ต้องมีไฟล์ raw เพื่อยืนยันว่าความเป็นเจ้าของภาพ และเตรียมไฟล์ภาพ High Resolution ขนาดไม่เกิน 30 MB (หรือด้านยาวมากที่สุด 5000 pixel) ต่อ 1 ภาพ เพื่อส่งให้ทีมงาน สำหรับการจัดแสดงนิทรรศการ
• เจ้าของ 10 ผลงานที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกเข้ารอบสุดท้าย ยินดีอนุญาตให้บริษัท เอเอ็มอี อิมเมจิเนทีฟ จำกัด (สำนักงานใหญ่) นำภาพถ่ายที่ส่งเข้าประกวดไปใช้ในกิจกรรมเพื่อการโฆษณาและประชาสัมพันธ์ ในรูปแบบสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ สื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และนิทรรศการภาพถ่าย ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการนี้เท่านั้น
• เจ้าของ 10 ผลงานที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกเข้ารอบสุดท้าย ยินดีอนุญาตให้บริษัทผู้สนับสนุนโครงการทั้งหมด นำภาพไปใช้ในกิจกรรมเพื่อการโฆษณาและประชาสัมพันธ์ ในรูปแบบสื่ออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับโครงการนี้เท่านั้น ภายในระยะเวลา 12 เดือน
• เจ้าของ 10 ผลงานที่ผ่านการคัดเลือกเข้ารอบสุดท้าย ยินดีอนุญาตให้ผู้สนับสนุนหลักของโครงการ นำผลงานไปใช้ในการตีพิมพ์ในส่วนหนึ่งของหนังสือ (Booklet) เพื่อเผยแพร่เรื่องราวเกี่ยวกับ “สายน้ำ” หรือ “ความเป็นไทย” ภายในระยะเวลา 12 เดือน
• เจ้าของผลงานสารคดีภาพที่ได้รับรางวัลชนะเลิศ รางวัลรองชนะเลิศอันดับ 1 และรองชนะเลิศอันดับ 2 จะสามารถนำผลงานไปตีพิมพ์ในสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์อื่นๆ นอกเหนือจากนิตยสารเนชั่นแนล จีโอกราฟฟิก ฉบับภาษาไทย หลังการประกาศผลอย่างเป็นทางการแล้ว 6 เดือน  ยกเว้นเป็นไปเพื่อสาธารณะประโยชน์ ประโยชน์ทางการศึกษา และการเผยแพร่และประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการนี้เท่านั้น 
• ผลงานที่ส่งเข้าประกวดหากผิดกติกาอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดข้างต้นจะไม่ได้รับการพิจารณา
• คณะกรรมการตัดสินขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการกำหนดรูปแบบและวิธีการตัดสิน  และการตัดสินของคณะกรรมการถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด

กำหนดการ

• หมดเขตรับผลงาน วันพุธที่ 16 กรกฎาคม 2568 (ระบบปิดเวลา 23.59 น. เวลาประเทศไทย)
• รอบคัดเลือก: ประกาศผลผู้เข้ารอบ 10 ผลงานสุดท้าย วันพฤหัสบดีที่ 31 กรกฎาคม 2568 ทาง www.ngthai.com และ Facebook: National Geographic Thailand
• รอบนำเสนอผลงาน: วันเสาร์ที่ 9 สิงหาคม 2568 ผู้เข้ารอบทั้ง 10 ผลงาน ต้องมานำเสนอผลงานต่อคณะกรรมการ   ในงานบ้านและสวนแฟร์ Midyear, ไบเทค บุรี (BITEC BURI) บางนา (ห้องประชุมจะแจ้งให้ทราบภายหลัง)
• ประกาศผลและรับรางวัล: วันเสาร์ที่ 27 กันยายน 2568 ในงาน Sustainability Expo 2025 ณ ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์ 
• จัดแสดงนิทรรศการผลงานที่ได้รับรางวัล ในงาน Sustainability Expo 2024 ณ ศูนย์การประชุมแห่งชาติสิริกิติ์ ระหว่างวันที่ 26 กันยายน – 5 ตุลาคม 2568

ขั้นตอนการส่งผลงาน

• ลงทะเบียนเข้าสู่เว็บไซต์ คลิกที่นี่ ตั้ง ID และ Password พร้อมกรอกข้อมูลสำคัญให้ครบถ้วน
• Sign in เข้าระบบสมาชิก
• ผู้สมัคร 1 ท่าน หรือ 1 ทีม (ไม่เกิน 3 คน) ต้องส่งผลงานทั้งหมด 10 ภาพ ที่ร้อยเรียงต่อกันเป็นสารคดี 1 เรื่อง ก่อนอัพโหลดควรตั้งชื่อไฟล์พร้อมหมายเลขกำกับ
• กด “อัพโหลดภาพประกวด”  ให้อัพโหลดภาพถ่ายดิจิตอลสีหรือขาวดำ ภาพแต่ละภาพต้องมีขนาดไฟล์ไม่เกิน 10 MB โดย Upload ภาพเรียงตามลำดับในการเล่าเรื่อง พร้อมใส่คำบรรยายภาพแต่ละภาพ (คำบรรยายไม่เกิน 300 ตัวอักษร)
• ตั้งชื่อสารคดีภาพที่ส่งเข้าประกวด
• ใส่เรื่องย่อหรือแนวคิดของสารคดี ความยาว 500 – 1,000 ตัวอักษร
• สุดท้ายให้ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง ก่อนบันทึกข้อมูลทั้งหมด เมื่อส่งผลงานเรียบร้อยแล้ว สามารถเข้ามาแก้ไขข้อมูลได้ จนถึงวันสุดท้ายที่เปิดรับผลงาน (วันพุธที่ 16 กรกฎาคม 2568 ระบบปิดทำการในเวลา 23.59 น. (เวลาประเทศไทย)) หลังเวลาดังกล่าว ผู้ส่งผลงานยังสามารถ log in เข้ามาดูผลงานของตัวเองได้ แต่ไม่สามารถแก้ไขและส่งภาพใดๆ ได้อีก

*หมายเหตุ :  ผู้ส่งผลงานเข้าประกวดที่ผ่านการคัดเลือก 10 ผลงานสุดท้าย ทุกคนจะต้องนำบัตรประชาชนมาแสดงในวันนำเสนอผลงาน โดยบัตรประชาชนต้องตรงกับที่ลงทะเบียนในเว็บไซต์

“10 Picture Story” Season 10

Find the best documentary photo story told through 10 photographs

Under the theme:

“WATER OF LIFE”

Water gives rise to life and is the heart of ecosystems everywhere on Earth. From tiny streams that nourish the forest, rivers that embrace riverside communities, to seas and oceans that shape unique cultural identities in each region.

“Water of Life” invites you to capture water’s power, beauty, and meaning from your own perspective. Whether it’s the lives connected to water, the changing flow of nature, or the impacts caused by human actions, each story through your lens can reflect the deep bond between water and life. You are welcome to interpret the theme freely.

Submission:

• Submit entries on the website. Click here 
• Entrants must submit ten sequential photographs as a single documentary photo story, along with a concept statement of up to 1,000 characters that reflects new perspectives.
• Each of the ten photos must have a caption (up to 300 characters).

Judging Criteria:

• Artistic beauty and composition of the photographs
• Creativity and a fresh perspective in presenting the documentary photos
• All photos should qualify as “documentary photographs” that can be sequenced to tell one story

• Tul Hirunyalawan, Photographer, President of The Royal Photographic Society of Thailand
• Sirachai Arunrugstichai, National Geographic Explorer, Documentary Photographer, Marine Biologist
• Representatives from National Geographic Thailand – Jeremiah Pitakwong, CEO of Amarin Media and Event (AME) / Kowit Phadungruangkij, Editor-in-Chief of National Geographic Thailand / Ekkarat Panyatara, Senior Photographer of National Geographic Thailand

Conditions:

• Eligibility: Open to all individuals, including freelance and professional photographers of any age, as well as teams of up to 3 people. Each entry can submit only 1 photo story.
• The photo story must be previously unpublished in any public media, contests, etc.
• Photos previously shared on personal social media are allowed if not the complete set or presented as a documentary story concept.
• Retouched photos that distort reality will not be considered.
• Contestants submitting entries must be the photographer and have written the documentary concept themselves. An artificial intelligence (AI) system cannot generate the photos. Contestants must also own the copyright for all submitted photographs, and the submission must not violate any copyrights.
• For submitting entries: Send photos online. Low-resolution files not exceeding 10 MB per photo are accepted. Suppose your entry is selected as one of the 10 finalists. In that case, you must provide the raw files to verify ownership of the photos and prepare high-resolution image files that do not exceed 30 MB (or a maximum of 5000 pixels on the longest side) per photo to send to the organizers for the exhibition.
• The top 10 finalists grant Amarin Corporation permission to use their photos for advertising, PR, and exhibitions related to this project.
• The top 10 finalists grant all project sponsors permission to use photos for online promotional activities related to this project for a period of 12 months.
• The top 10 finalists grant the main sponsor permission to publish part of their work in a booklet titled “Water or Thainess” for a period of 12 months.
• Unless for PR purposes, public benefits, or educational purposes, winners can publish their work elsewhere (except National Geographic Magazine Thai Edition) after 6 months from the results announcement.
• Entries violating any rules will be disqualified.
• Judges reserve the right to determine judging methods and criteria. Decisions are final.

Timeline:

• Entry Deadline: July 16, 2025 (23:59 Bangkok time)
• Top 10 Finalists Announcement: July 31, 2025, on www.ngthai.com and Facebook: National Geographic Thailand
• Presentation by Top 10 Finalists: Saturday, August 9, 2025, at Baan Lae Suan Fair Midyear 2025, Venue: BITEC Bangna
• Winners Announcement & Awards: Saturday, September 27, 2025, at Sustainability Expo 2024, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC)
• Photo Exhibition: September 26 – October 5, 202,5 at Sustainability Expo 2024, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC)

How to Enter:

1. Register on the website, Click here, create an ID and password, and provide details
2. Sign in
3. Upload 10 sequentially numbered photos as a 1 photo story (each file must be at most 10 MB)
4. Provide a caption for each photo (≤300 characters)
5. Provide the title of the photo story
6. Provide a concept statement (500-1,000 characters)
7. Please verify the accuracy of all information before submitting. After submitting your entry, you can still log in and edit the details until the final submission deadline (July 16, 2025). The system will close at 23:59 23:59 (Bangkok time) on that day. After the deadline, contestants can still log in to view their submitted work, but they cannot make any further edits or submit additional photos.

*Note: All contestants whose entries are selected as one of the 10 finalists must present their national ID card on the day of the entry presentation. The ID card must match the one registered on the website.

Prizes:

• 1st Prize: 50,000 THB cash, certificate, 1-year National Geographic Thai Edition Magazine subscription
• 2nd Prize: 30,000 THB cash, certificate, 1-year National Geographic Thai Edition Magazine subscription
• 3rd Prize: 20,000 THB cash, certificate, 1-year National Geographic Thai Edition Magazine subscription
• 2 Honorable Mentions: 5,000 THB cash each, certificate, National Geographic Thai Edition Magazine 1-year subscription
